We have been proud to host some of the of the best continuing education events, workshops, and competitions to Southern Arizona. Since 2010 we have hosted world renown experts such as Pavel Tsatsouline, Coach Dan John, Paul Carter, and others. We have hosted the StrongFirst Kettlebell, Barbell, and Body Weight Certifications. We also have held the 100% Raw Powerlifting National Championships. We will continue to bring in numerous events to Tucson.

This is going to be an awesome day of heavy lifting in Southern Arizona. This meet will offer Full Power, Deadlift Only, and Bench Only competitions. Meet will be capped at 60 lifters.
Here at Tucson Strength we believe in the value of being strong. We believe that strength takes many forms, too, and each person has their own unique journey of being strong. It takes mental strength to be confident under a heavy weight, to finish a tough race, to overcome body image issues, to show up every training day, to work your program even if you only want to do a lot less—or a lot more!—in a given workout; to make the choice to strive for improvement every day.
This is the perfect program to come and learn the fundamentals of how to be all around strong with excellent coaching and smaller class sizes!

Can you do a pull-up but want to become better at them?
If so this is 6 week series will address all the fundamentals of building the strength base to achieve your first pull-up or become more awesome at them. We don’t guarantee you will get you first pull-up in 6 weeks as there numerous factors in achieving this, but you will have a great base of training to with! Not only will you receive the 6 scheduled classes on Saturday mornings you will also receive a program to do on your off days to work towards your goals.
