Having trouble Committing to Fitness

I wrote this piece on my personal blog and wanted to share it with the Tucson Strength website. This  time of year is filled with optimism and hope for change. It can also be filled with negativity and disappointment. Through my own struggled I fully understand how hard it can be to commit change, no matter how important it is. The dire consequences of NOT taking action are sometimes still not enough to commit. I hope my personal story inspires you to make the change you desire
